Arrival to Venice. Welcome Meet & Greet at the Venice Airport. Private Water transfer from VCE– to the closest dock to the hotel (1 luggage per person). Proceed to St Marc’s square on foot and meet your guide for 2 hours guided tour of St marc’s square area (Basilica, Belltower, the square, bridgte of sight, Rialto and so on). Free Time for discovering St Marc’s square on your own. Overnight in Venice.
fter breakfast in the hotel - full day cooking course: starts with purchasing the food at Rialto Market and proceed to the location (usually a historical palace or a private villa); start preparing the dishes (a complete 4 course meal will be prepared), the group will be divided into small groups and each one will learn how to prepare a dishes. Once ready, clients will eat their ‘creations’, the meal includes wine and mineral water. Overnight in Venice.
After breakfast in the hotel private water transfer from closest dock to the hotel, till Tronchetto (1 luggage per person) here meet the bus for half day at disposal to Zonin Celler: visit the callers and wine museum with 3 wine tasting and cold cuts (salami, cheese) snack, then proceed to a Grappa distillery and guided tours of the distillery with tasting of 3 - 4 grappas with home made biscuits. Bus transfer back to Venice Port, to catch the ferry to Rovinj.
After breakfast departure for truffle hunting. A drive through valleys and hills of the Istrian territory will leave you breathless. Visit a truffle hunter’s house that has 40 - years experience in the truffle business where you will see specially trained dogs. After an aperitif, the group will proceed to the forest to experience the adventure of the truffle hunting. After the activity of searching the truffles for about 45 minutes, you will learn how to prepare a full meal with the truffles.
Our friendly hosts will serve local wine, cheese and truffle flavored honey, pate and other truffle delicacies which you can also buy at the estate.
Overnight in Rovinj.
After breakfast departure to Pula, the largest town on the Istrian peninsula in Croatia. Pula sightseeing with the local guide. Explore one of the sixth largest Roman amphitheater in the world and all the historical and cultural monuments. In the afternoon, departure to the region of Croatian Zagorje. The highlights of the day will be special prepared dinner in a castle where you will be able to taste Medieval dinner. Overnight in Croatian Zagorje.
After breakfast sightseeing of Ethno village Kumrovec which is the biggest open-air museum in this part of Europe and a birth place of world famous leader Tito. It is one unique in the Republic of Croatia because this museum shows not only the architecture of a time, but also the history related to the area, and the manner of living of the people of Zagorje. After, departure to Marija Bistrica, the largest Marian sanctuary in Croatia and sightseeing with the chaplain. In Marija Bistrica, we organized the workshop where you will be able to learn how to make „licitar“, a colorfully decorated biscuit made of sweet honey dough. It comes in numerous forms and intricate designs, such as horses, cherries and birds, but most often in the shape of a heart. You will have a chance to make your own in a shape of heart and you will decorate it yourself. Usually, people put someone’s name on it and it is a perfect souvenir from Croatia. If Croatia steals your heart away, take Croatia's heart with you. That will be your dearest souvenir brought from Croatia because you made it. Also, you will be able to taste „gvirc“- it refers to different spices added to mead. After coming back to the tourist village you will be assigned to another cooking class. You will get recipes of traditional food of this region and have to prepare it. If you don’t prepare anything there will be no dinner. After dinner, degustation of wine and sparkling wine. After breakfast, departure to Zagreb, the capital of Croatia and more than a 1000 year old City, with its historic charm. Sightseeing with the local guide. Departure to National Park Plitvice Lakes. The beauty of the National Park lies in its sixteen lakes, inter-connected by a series of waterfalls, and set in deep woodland populated by deer, bears, wolves, boars and rare bird species. Dinner at the local restaurant serving exclusive local dishes caracteristic fot the region of Lika. Overnight in Rastoke, a natural phenomenon located at the confluence of the rivers Slunjcica and Korana.
After breakfast, free time to enjoy the beauty and peace of playful waterfalls in Rastoke. Departure to Šibenik, the oldest Croatian autochthon town. Sightseeing with a local guide and walk through the city. Visit Cathedral of Saint James (UNESCO HERITAGE SITE). Departure to Etnoland Dalmati. The ETNOLAND experience begins with your journey to the Dalmatian hinterland, to Pakovo Selo. After a formal and for Dalmatians sacred welcome ceremony; you'll be welcomed into the village.

The great experience will be another cooking class, but this time of Dalmatian traditional food. Procedure will be the same as past coupe cooking classes – you will get a recipe of traditional dish and you will have to prepare it with the help of the chef. What you cook you eat. After Etnoland, departure to Split, (UNESCO HERITAGE SITE), the second largest city in Croatia and the city that has all: Roman ruins and grand museums alongside fashionable cafes and trendy shops. Free time at leisure. Overnight in Split.
After breakfast, morning sightseeing with a local guide of historical complex of Split along with the Palace of Diocletian. Early afternoon, departure to Ston, Gothic medieval city, surrounded by 6 kilometers of city walls and its famous salt pains and oysters (Second largest city walls after Chinese wall). Boat ride to oyster farm on the sea. Presentation of the farm and the process of growing various types of clams. After the presentation, departure to a private island to eat freshly prepared clams. Departure to Dubrovnik. Free time at leisure. Overnight in Dubrovnik.
After breakfast morning sightseeing of Dubrovnik. Local guide will take you to the most wonderful and hidden streets of the city. Explore Dubrovnik City Walls (UNESCO HERITAGE SITE) and enjoy a unique view of the Old Town of Dubrovnik including its narrow streets and small squares. Dinner in a famous Dalmatian restaurant called „Konoba“ where you will be able to try delicious fresh seafood and listen to the sounds of traditional Dalmatian type of group called Klapa. Overnight in Dubrovnik.
